This collection consists of records generated by German occupational institutions and Czech auxiliary agencies who dealt with matters of internal security and racial policy, especially anti-Jewish measures, during World War II. Included are reports regarding the aryanization of Jewish businesses, questionnaires of Jewish properties, lists of Jewish workers, as well as documents regarding death statistics, Lety camp, and the deportation of Jews to Theresienstadt. Also included are lists of confiscated art and various propaganda materials. These records are in Czech and German. Details that can be found in the index include:

  • surname
  • maiden name
  • gender
  • birth date
  • age
  • profession
  • residence

Note: Some documents in this collection contain names of German officials and Czechoslovakian nationals. These names may appear in the index. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the World Memory Project do not necessarily recognize all of these individuals included in the index as victims of persecution.
